Items purchased on Claudent.com are eligible for return (US or international orders) or exchange (US orders only). Returns or exchanges must be lodged in the applicable returns portal and shipped back within 14 days of your order’s original delivery. Returns outside of this period will not be accepted. 

Returned or exchanged merchandise must be in original condition with all tags still attached. Garments must not have been worn or washed.  

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, garments will be checked over prior to receiving approval for a refund. Once approved, your return will be processed. A $15 return shipping fee will be automatically deducted for returns only. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 days of receiving the returned garments. Claudent reserves the right to deny unauthorized returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures. 

Refunds and exchanges are not offered on sale items.

Customers who refuse a shipment from Claudent are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have incurred, as well as the cost of return shipping. Shipping fees are not eligible for refund.

To initiate your domestic return, please visit https://returns.claudent.com to lodge your return and access your pre-paid return shipping label. 

International Returns 

To initiate an international return, please visit the Global-e returns portal to lodge your return and arrange your return shipping. Customers are responsible for international return shipping fees, which will be deducted from the refund once the return has been processed. The price for return shipping fees will be visible in the Global-e returns portal and vary depending on location.
