US SHIPPING

Claudent offers complimentary standard ground shipping to (and returns from) addresses within the United States on orders over $150. Orders for expedited (2-3 day) or next-day shipping, which are available for an additional charge, must be placed by 12pm PT; orders placed after 12pm PT will ship on the next business day. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Claudent offers international shipping in partnership with Global-e. Global-e offers an enhanced international shopping experience to customers in more than 100 countries and territories. Recipients will have access to product prices in local currencies, guaranteed order totals at checkout, and no hidden fees. 

Please note that recipients are responsible for shipping fees, duties, and taxes, which can be paid upfront at checkout. Claudent ships international orders via DHL. International returns will also be processed through Global-e. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees, which will be deducted from the refund once the return has been processed. The price for shipping fees will be visible at checkout and in the Global-e returns portal for returns. Shipping prices will vary depending on location.
